Talking clouds? Sounds kind of spooky, like something out of a Stephen King novel.
You read the first sentences of this article and peek out the window, glancing at the clouds above. But no, I’m not talking about actual clouds guaranteeing business growth, though that would definitely be interesting. This is about digital clouds, the kind none of us really see but nevertheless use regularly for our daily business practices.
The clouds of today are increasingly intertwined with artificial intelligence systems, often so smart it seems they do come from the clouds, with a peripheral sky view of stats and facts the average person could only dream of possessing.
Not everyone is fully aware of how intelligent artificial intelligence can be, and that includes business leaders, who are often too proud or even afraid of using it as a tool to advance the goals of their business, which is understandable. I, the human author of this article, find myself worrying about the future of humanity as a result of the potential for an AI takeover.
But here’s the thing, if we’re not taking advantage of these tools, other businesses are. According to a study from Accenture, organizations with fully modernized, AI-led processes achieve ~2.5× higher revenue growth, ~2.4× greater productivity, and ~3.3× greater success at scaling than those that don’t use AI.
And if there’s anything businesses fear more than AI, it’s being outperformed by competitors.

Human touch or artificial efficiency?
In previous articles I’ve emphasized the importance of the human touch when reaching out and building connections, and I continue to stick with that. But I’m also aware of the importance of staying ahead of the game in business, and I believe those who avoid AI tools for their business today are akin to those who avoided the internet for their business in the early 2000’s.
Fear of change is not an effective business strategy.
My own technology and digital marketing firm, Stratik, has been building websites, optimizing user experience, and using other tools to help companies grow and enhance their digital presence for over a decade. AI tools can now perform many (but not all) of the same website development functions we can, but in a fraction of the time and effort.
Are we doing everything in our power to resist this undeniable and inescapable fact? No. In fact, we’re partnering with some AI companies and complementing their services with ours, at least the ones that still require living, breathing, human expertise.
For one, we’ve partnered with CloudTalk, which “gives sales, support, ops and hiring teams one voice platform for global calling, powerful workflows, and AI voice agents that take care of the calls your team doesn’t have time for or shouldn’t have to make.”
Founded in 2016 by Martin Malych and Viktor Vanek, CloudTalk now serves over 4,000 businesses in 100+ countries. Apparently they’re doing quite well, and their prices are quite reasonable, with the platform’s Expert plan, which offers the most effective services, costing only $49 a month per user for those who pay annually.
I really don’t want this article to seem like an infomercial, but I’ll provide a few more interesting details. CloudTalk’s AI voice agent is named CeTe, who has massive conversational intelligence, speech recognition, call summarization, sentiment analysis, and can speak 60 + languages at the native level.
I can speak two languages, and yes, I’m jealous.
The thing is, CloudTalk isn’t a complete AI invasion of your business, Terminator style. It’s a tool, not a takeover, where calls can simply be escalated or handed over to real human agents. CloudTalk emphasizes “improving human interactions by creating a unified ecosystem… for customer facing teams,” while businesses can boost monthly call volume by 150% and save agents dialer time by 90%.

The Deal
So here’s the deal for interested business owners reading this article. As the cofounder of Stratik Group International, which has been in the web building and user experience (UX) business for well over a decade, we’re offering a free UX Audit for your website when you purchase either the Essential Plan (billed annually with at least 5 licences) or the Expert Plan (also billed annually with at least 3 licenses) through our affiliate link here. Once the paid subscription has been made, we’ll gladly analyse your website and provide a report in a PDF within three business days at most.
It’s also worth mentioning that CloudTalk is offering 50% off the first month for subscriptions made between November 11th through December 20th. The Black Friday thing which goes beyond Friday. Not a bad deal at all.
CloudTalk also offers a 14-day free trial if you’d like to give it a try before committing. CLICK HERE to get started or contact me at info@stratik.us if you’d like to discuss.

So here we are, in that spooky sci-fi future that is now the present, where artificially intelligent clouds talk to people in over 60 languages, not from the sky but from, well, just about everywhere. Let’s just hope the theme of this whole new reality never ends up looking like a Stephen King novel.
